Our Origin
In late 2022, over a few friendly drinks, Hunter Gutierrez and FJ Husic realized that the rapidly growing solar panel installation market lacked proper maintenance services for these valuable systems.
With insights into the solar industry and California’s 2018 mandate requiring solar panels on all new buildings, they decided to combine their expertise in solar panels and business to serve local neighborhoods.

- Quickly advanced to Roof Lead at Lumio, a prominent solar panel installation company
- Oversaw entire roof installations, ensuring quality and efficiency. Former supervisor at Perfect Delivery and Logistics Services LLC.
FJ Husic
- Role: Manages the business operations, ensuring cost-effective services and customer satisfaction.
- Skills: Financial and operational expertise, driving seamless customer experiences.
- Investment banker with North Point Mergers and Acquisitions, with prior experience at Stifel and Houlihan Lokey.
- Bachelor’s in Economics and Master’s in Finance from Claremont McKenna College, completed in record time.
